This person will take on the management of key client projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope. In this position you will: • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, with scope and within budget • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility • Ensure resource availability and allocation by coordinating job duties and delegating tasks to construction crews and sub-contractors • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Ensure all safe work practices are being followed • Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates • Estimate costs of goods or servicesBenefits: • Paid holidays • Paid vacation and sick time, up to four weeks’ vacation with tenure • 401K match • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance as well as supplemental coverages offered • Company-paid Life Insurance
