The Opportunity We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto join our project management team. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading software customer deployments. The Project Manager plans, executes, and closes software deployment projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope and budget delivery while minimizing operational disruption. The ideal candidate is not just a technical expert, but a strategic thinker and problem solver who can anticipate needs, a relationship builder and excellent communicator. Remote work is not available. Key Responsibilities ·Project Planning:Develop comprehensive deployment plans, define project scope, and create strategies for successful software deployments. ·Team & Resource Management:Coordinate and lead internal and external teams, allocate resources effectively, and manage project budgets. ·Execution & Monitoring:Oversee the implementation of software, track progress against the project timeline, and monitor key performance indicators. ·Quality Assurance:Ensure that the software deployed meets technical requirements and quality standards. ·Stakeholder Management:Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to all relevant internal and external stakeholders and foster positive relationships. ·Risk Management:Identify potential issues, develop mitigation plans, and resolve them in a timely manner to keep projects on track. ·Documentation:Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Key Skills ·Project Management:Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project). ·Leadership:Ability to lead, coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams. ·Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for managing stakeholders and coordinating teams. ·Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:Strong ability to identify issues, analyze complex situations, and develop effective solutions. ·Technical Acumen:Understanding of software development methodologies and compatibility with existing systems. ·Organization:Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. · Prior project management experience (Minimum 5 years’ experience). · Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution. · Experience working in a growing company. · Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. · Professionalism, integrity, and a team-first mindset Nice to Haves · Experience in the energy, utility, or critical infrastructure sectors. · Familiarity with NERC CIP or other industry-specific compliance standards.
