Job Description
The Project Manager position is an exempt, full-time office position. The hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. This position is not eligible to work remotely. We are located in Carrollton, Texas, northeast of Dallas.
Structure: Reports to Director of Project Management; will have direct reports.
Pay: Salary is commensurate with experience

Job Description:Lead each Woodhaus project, with a focus on information maintenance and communication. You have fiduciary responsibility for your job, as well as responsibility for the schedule, submittals, site visits and building relationships. You will partner with the Woodhaus Estimator, Finish team, Procurement, Engineer, Operations Manager, Field Supervisor, shop fabricators, subcontractor vendors, and Installers.

Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
• Lead project initiation, review scope and contracts with stakeholders, and establish communication channels with contractors and internal teams
• Monitor project expenses, schedules, and potential issues, communicating proactively with solutions
• Maintain detailed project documentation and attend key site/production meetings
Technical & Production Management
• Oversee submittal process, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews
• Coordinate with engineering team for technical clarifications and manage change orders
• Develop production schedules and coordinate with operations for fabrication and installation timing
• Ensure proper site conditions and readiness before material delivery
Material & Vendor Coordination
• Work with procurement on material sourcing, including finish samples and long-lead items
• Manage relationships with subcontractors (metal, glass, stone, fabric) and coordinate their schedules
• Monitor purchase orders and material procurement status
Quality & Site Management
• Conduct site visits to maintain PM presence and monitor project progress
• Identify and address quality control issues promptly
• Coordinate installation activities with field supervisors
• Support project closeout and punch list completion
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficient in reading and interpreting both contract drawings and shop drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools
• High level of organization and attention to detail
