Definition of Services
To provide scrum master services for the partner projects executed in agile

Skillset requirements
Candidate should be able to provide scrum master services for partner projects executed in a multi-location and multi-technology scenario. Candidate should have experience in performing scrum master role for multiple flavors of agile methodologies. Candidate should be able to leverage partner technologies; participate in competency development with the objective of ensuring best-fit solutions and creating thought leadership. Experience in scrum of scrum scenario is an added advantage. German language till B1 level is mandatory for this role.

Scope of Services
• Responsible for successful delivery of development projects in the role of scrum master.
• Responsible for partner engagement and communication for the project
• Responsible for team management and partner status reporting
• Responsible for overall delivery of the committed sprint of the agile
• Responsible for organizing, documenting and review work items scope from project point of view.
• Participates in project plan review and provide inputs in order to ensure accuracy.
• Review and validate estimates for complex projects to ensure correct sizing of work.
• Facilitating the daily standup
• Helping the team maintain their burn down chart
• Setting up retrospectives, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions
• Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint
• Removing obstacles that affect the team

Deliverables
The deliverables would be clearly identified and mutually agreed at the beginning of each phase. The typical deliverables that would be created are as below:
• Drive the agile ceremonies (sprint planning meeting, Daily Scrum, sprint review meeting and sprint retrospective meeting.
• Design thinking sessions.
• Removing any impediments to the sprint progress.
• Facilitating meetings and doing things like working with the product owner to make sure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint.
• Walking the product owner through more technical user stories
• Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and product owner

Experience level
• Total 8 + years' experience and minimum 2 years of experience in scrum master role

German Language Proficiency required is minimum B1
