Description and Requirements
Role Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Work closely with stakeholders across departments (e.g., IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance) to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.
• Foster strong relationships with leadership to ensure the smooth implementation of transformation initiatives.
• Manages multiple transformation projects simultaneously across the world regardless of time zones
• Escalate issues when necessary, while providing recommendations for solutions.
• Monitor and track project performance, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports, change requests, and status updates to senior leadership.
• Leverage data and analytics to track project outcomes and identify areas for further optimization.
Role Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment or within the PC/electronics industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation projects, preferably within an enterprise or matrixed organization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Experience in risk management, resource planning, and budget control

Applicable for Slovakia only: Base gross monthly salary starts from 2500 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
