This role combines project ownership with client-facing support and business growth initiatives. Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end application development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery • Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure project requirements are met • Provide on-site client support several days per week in the Los Angeles area • Identify operational challenges and deliver practical, value-driven solutions • Build client relationships and support business development opportunities Requirements • Business-level fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken) • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field • 5+ years of project management experience (preferably in software/application development) • Experience in client-facing roles, including on-site engagement • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills • Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) • Familiarity with web/mobile app development and Agile/Waterfall methodologies • Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Notion To apply, please send resume [email protected]
