Key Responsibilities-
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Architects DevOps Engineers Site Operations Product Executives and Offering Managers within an agile multi-disciplinary squad to deliver high-quality outcomes. -
Project Leadership & Delivery
Oversee project planning execution and monitoring to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget while mitigating risks and removing roadblocks. -
Stakeholder Management
Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders providing clear updates on progress dependencies and deliverables. -
Employee Engagement & Team Development
Foster a culture of engagement and collaboration by designing and implementing initiatives that enhance developer satisfaction team morale and workplace experience.

Software Development Experience:Â Must have a background in software development or support to effectively drive engaging developer enrichment programs.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

5+ years of experience in project management ideally in software development or cloud-related environments.

Proven track record in delivering projects within scope budget and timeline.

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies; PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.

Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced cross-functional and global team environment.

Familiarity with hybrid cloud technologies DevOps practices and AI-infused solutions is an advantage.
