What You’ll Do As aProject Manager (PM)at Ford AV, you’ll oversee the full life cycle of your assigned jobs, ensuring success from initiation to closeout. • Lead Your Team:Mentor Job Superintendents, Installation Technicians, and Engineers to achieve project goals. • Drive Project Success:Oversee all aspects of project execution, including safety, specifications, budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with Sales or Estimating Teams:Support the pre-sale phase by providing estimation reviews, whether through direct sales collaboration or bid-driven opportunities. • Deliver Results:Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and exceed customer expectations. Qualifications: • Hands-on experience in construction, A/V, or engineering. • Strong skills in leadership, communication (oral and written), time management, and problem solving. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & project management software. • Knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations is a plus. Physical RequirementsThis position encompasses a combination of office and field responsibilities, necessitating both physical and mental capabilities to effectively fulfill the job requirements. This role may also involve occasional travel, including overnight stays, requiring flexibility in working hours and commitments.
