Project Manager

JOB OVERVIEW: Simplex Industries, Inc. is a custom builder of light commercial and custom residential homes with 50+ years experience. Our affiliate, ONETEN REI, located in the Phoenix area, is seeking an experienced project manager/construction superintendent for two upcoming projects. The first is the complete renovation of a 12,000 SF light commercial building, followed by new construction of a hillside custom home. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Generate construction budget - Suggest options for value engineering - Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget - Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews - Monitor construction progress and maintain quality standards according to project specifications and design intent - Conduct regular inspections for compliance with building codes and standards - Manage schedules and materials to enable project efficiency - Deliver standard Pay Applications with lien releases QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum 5 years of experience - Interpret building plans and specifications - Contacts with local vendors and subcontractors - Knowledge of building materials - Driver’s license - GC license required for commercial - GC license for residential is an added benefit JOB TYPE: - PT or FT - Independent Contractor - Salary $150,000.00 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $150,000.00 per year Compensation Package: • 1099 contract License/Certification: • GC License - Commercial (Required) Ability to Commute: • Phoenix, AZ 85074 (Required) Work Location: In person
