Key Responsibilities
· Lead the M&A IT integration project, providing strategic guidance to workstreams and reporting progress to leadership.
· Conduct readiness assessments by gathering information on IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
· Define and execute the integration strategy for transitioning acquired entities into the Client environment.
· Coordinate efforts across integration teams, business leaders, and workstream leads.
· Oversee integration planning, execution, and performance evaluation.
· Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and third-party contractual obligations.
· Support post-integration transition to Business-as-Usual (BaU) and RUN teams.
· Drive solution design and architecture in collaboration with technical stakeholders.
· Make informed decisions through data analysis and ensure timely execution.

Required Skills & Experience
· Proven experience in IT integration projects, especially within M&A contexts.
· Strong technical background in:
· Azure Cloud Infrastructure
· Microsoft 365 (O365)
· Active Directory
· Networking technologies (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki SDWAN)
· Azure Virtual Desktops
· Application migrations
· Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet and ProjectPlace.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to assess risks, manage compliance, and ensure integration quality.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.

Pay: $69,000.00 - $129,000.00 per year
