Project Manager – Cabinetry (Mozaik + Field)

About the Role We’re looking for ahands-on Project Managerwith strongMozaik cabinet design experienceand field skills. You’ll own projects fromsite measure to production handoff, coordinating drawings, CNC cut sheets, schedules, and installs. This is alocal San Antonio role—you’ll be on site with builders, in the office with production, and in Mozaik ensuring every detail is right. What You’ll Do • Field measure and verifyjobsite conditions before release to production • Builddetailed Mozaik layouts, elevations, parts lists, and PDFsready for CNC integration • Coordinate with machining, finishing, and install teams to keep jobs on track • Troubleshoot site issues proactively, communicating with builders to resolve quickly • Manage multiple jobs at once, balancing drawings, scheduling, and production deadlines • Track KPIs: schedule adherence, rework rate, first-pass drawing approval, customer satisfaction Must-Have Skills • Proficiency inMozaik software: layouts, machining, and multi-print PDFs • Experience withcabinet construction(framed, frameless, inset) and hardware systems • Ability toread blueprintsand coordinate with other trades • Strong organizational skills to run multiple jobs simultaneously • Local availability for daily field/site visits Why Join Us • Lead high-end cabinet projects fromdesign through install • Put yourMozaik and technical expertiseto work in a visible, impactful role • Work directly with top builders and remodelers in San Antonio • Competitive pay, benefits, and growth path toward Senior PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Relocation assistance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
