Position Overview Do you have a background managingindustrial equipment projectsfor the energy, power generation, or oilfield sectors? Have you overseen the build and delivery ofskid-mounted systems, turbine-driven units, mobile power modules, or engineered surface equipment? AtJereh EET, we’re looking for an experiencedProject Managerto lead the full-cycle execution ofcapital equipment projects—from contract kickoff through engineering, global sourcing, fabrication, FAT, shipment, and field installation. If you’ve worked with high-spec equipment that integratesmechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, you’re already aligned with our mission.. Key Responsibilities What You'll Do • Manage capital equipment projects from order intake to on-site commissioning, including engineering, manufacturing, testing, and delivery. • Translate customer requirements and contract terms into executable project plans, schedules, and deliverables. • Lead coordination across internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics) and external suppliers. • Align site readiness with shipment and installation schedules; provide hands-on leadership for seamless execution. • Act as the primary liaison for customer communication, milestone tracking, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. • Control cost, track scope, and manage change orders in close coordination with commercial and field service teams. • Maintain strict adherence to safety, compliance, and QA/QC standards. Ideal Candidate Background • 7+ years of experiencemanaging complex industrial equipment or capital goods projects (mobile power systems, engineered skids, modular field equipment, etc.). • Familiarity withequipment integrationinvolving mechanical, electrical, and automation/control systems. • Strong understanding ofmanufacturing and fabrication environments, including supplier coordination and FAT readiness. • Skilled incross-functional leadership, project scheduling, and ERP/project tracking systems. • Proven ability tointerface with end users, field teams, and supply chain partnersto drive results under tight deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Business; PMP certification is a plus. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10–25%) as needed.
