Project Manager - Civil Construction - $130-$160k

This Project Manager is responsible for managing highway and heavy civil projects throughout San Diego County. This position will manage the firm’s projects from cradle to grave, from bid award to completion of the project. Full project P&L responsibility. Employee Compensation & Benefits: • Base Salary $130k-$160k, DOE • Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits • 401k with company match • Company Vehicle • Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays • Annual bonus program Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications: • 4+ years’ experience in heavy civil construction with an emphasis on highway and site development projects. • Experience with CalTrans preferred • Experience with managing mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, and site concrete projects • Microsoft Office Suite • HCSS HeavyBid, Agtek, and Primavera P6 preferred • 4-year degree in a relevant field • Negotiated project experience preferred, including technical writing skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
