About the Role
As aProject Manager, Constructionat Zekelman Industries you will play a key role in overseeing all phases of construction projects from concept through final turnover. This role requires strong leadership in managing budgets, schedules, and contracts while collaborating across cross-functional teams. You will ensure the successful and timely completion of projects by aligning goals across construction, logistics, manufacturing, and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
• Manages construction projects from inception to completion, including budgets, schedules, and scopes of work – Ensures timely project delivery within budget and scope.
• Develops and updates project schedules with input from internal teams – Keeps the project on track by maintaining a clear schedule.
• Identifies and mitigates project risks, driving innovation in modular construction workflows and best practices – Minimizes risks and drives efficiency.
• Leads cross-functional teams, including construction, logistics, design/engineering, and manufacturing groups – Coordinates all stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
• Develops and maintains project budgets, financial tracking, and change order management – Ensures financial control and meets project goals.
• Prepares, negotiates, and executes subcontracts and purchase orders – Manages subcontractor and vendor relationships to meet project timelines.
• Ensures on-site safety and regulatory compliance – Promotes health and safety while ensuring adherence to all regulations.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, management, and external partners – Maintains open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leads weekly project meetings and prepares progress reports – Keeps all stakeholders updated and aligned.
Who You Are
• 5–8 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 2–3 years in a supporting role (Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer).
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards (OSHA), and building codes.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and similar project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
• Experience in managing budgets, cost control, and financial tracking.
• Procore Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP), or OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification (preferred).
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $110,000—$198,000 USD
Additional compensation may include:
