As a Project Manager you will:
• Closely manage MEP Subcontractors, along with the Superintendent, to verify designs are being followed and avoid cost overruns
• Have direct influence on strategy and execution, working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and superintendents to bring high-profile projects to life
• Take ownership of financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, change management, and maximizing profitability
• Mentor and develop your team, building the next generation of project engineers and assistant PMs while shaping a strong project culture

Requirements of this Project Manager role:
• 10+ years’ overall construction industry experience
• 3+ years’ HCAI/OSHPD experience on large-scale projects
• Must have strong industry references to backup experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP necessary
• 4-year degree strongly preferred
• Must be organized, communicate effectively and have the ability to mentor others
