Project Manager – Crystal E-commerce (TikTok, Shopify)

About the Role We are a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce company, expanding our crystal product line in the US market. We are looking for aProject Managerwho will take full ownership of the crystal category, focusing onTikTok ShopandShopifyoperations, and later expanding intoeBayandEtsyat the beginning of 2026. This is a key role with strong growth potential. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building brand awareness, and scaling operations across multiple platforms. Responsibilities • Own the crystal category strategy and execution for the US market. • Develop and manageTikTok Shopoperations: content planning, influencer collaborations, live streaming, and sales growth. • OverseeShopify storeperformance: traffic acquisition (SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing), conversion optimization, and customer retention. • Plan and execute expansion intoeBayandEtsy, adapting product positioning to each platform. • Work closely with supply chain and product teams in China to ensure quality, pricing, and on-time delivery. • Build brand positioning around crystals (spirituality, astrology, wellness, gifts). • UseAI tools(ChatGPT, MidJourney, data analytics) to improve efficiency in product research, marketing, and operations. • Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize for results. Qualifications • 2+ years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience (TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms). • Previous experience incrystals, jewelry, fashion accessories, or lifestyle productsis a plus. • Strong execution skills andresults-driven mindset. • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and online retail. • Proficient in usingAI toolsfor content, analytics, or workflow automation. • Excellent communication skills in English;Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plusfor coordination with our China-based team and supply chain.
