About: A well-established and reputable commercial construction firm is seeking an experiencedProject Managerto oversee and lead construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of commercial projects, including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments. Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proven track record in commercial construction project delivery. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Plan, coordinate, and manage all project phases from initiation through completion β€’ Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams β€’ Monitor project budgets, schedules, and contract compliance β€’ Lead project meetings and maintain clear documentation of progress and issues β€’ Identify and resolve project challenges and conflicts as they arise β€’ Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company quality standards Qualifications: β€’ Experience managing commercial construction projects β€’ Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting β€’ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills β€’ Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) β€’ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (but not required based on experience) What We Offer: β€’ Competitive salary based on experience β€’ Basic benefits including health insurance and paid time off β€’ Opportunities for professional growth and advancement β€’ Supportive team environment with a focus on quality and accountability We’re looking for dedicated professionals ready to take ownership of their projects and grow with a company that values hard work and results.
