Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities :
Purpose: Responsible for overall data foundation program direction and setup/orchestration incl. planning business demand roadmap cadence and release cycles making the program a success.
• Able to support facilitate and help manage stakeholders and steering groups with varying maturity buy-in and understanding for the topic at hand.
Soft skills:
• Good analytical skills combined with being structured and organised.
• Good interpersonal communication skills: active listening coaching and facilitating.
• Ability to make complex situations simple understood and embraced.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience in Agile Project/Program Management SCRUM/SAFE/GARAGE etc.

• Plus with knowledge experience and skills within the area of modern data platforms.
