Project Manager Design UI. Digital Design Human Factors Specialist - Adv (2016)

1. Coordinate the design team

2. Design Requirement Compliance

3. Manage Deviations including loading in Engineering Design Environment

4. Maintain timeline of program milestones and Engineering Design deliverables and communicate to team.

5. Design Requirement Maintenance & Updates

6. Improve requirement robustness by better integrating regulations (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS))

7. Develop requirement templates in Engineering Design Environment

8. Deploy requirements to the design team in a conscience / visual manner leveraging Figma

9. Help the team stay current on research around human factors related to physical / digital de-sign interfaces.

10. Capture / communicate coming changes to regulations.

Minimum Requirements (more than 5 years of experience)

• Working knowledge of Human Factors (HMI)

• Agile project management (iterative product development) and Jira experience

• Understanding Subsystem, system validation of automotive architectures (CAN, Ethernet, etc)

• Figma experience a plus, but not required. Digital Design Experience is plus

• Teamwork

• Effective communication skills

• Proactive

• Proficiency in English (B2, C1)

• Understanding of the software testing process.

• Knowledge and usage of agile frameworks such as JIRA

• Ability to communicate in a written and oral form and interact internationally with other teams.
