Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and site experience. This role requires excellent time management skills, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency in various construction management software.
Duties
• Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Assist in construction estimating and budgeting processes.
• Ensure adherence to contracts and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports and change orders.
• Foster a collaborative environment among team members to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid.
• Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret schematics effectively.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with contracts and compliance requirements in construction projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Pay: $71,397.04 - $150,000.00 per year
