Job Summary:We are seeking a strategically minded and results-driven Project Manager to lead the organization's Workday implementation, with a primary focus on Finance and Human Resources transformation. This role will oversee functional aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder collaboration, and successful cultural adoption across the enterprise.
Reporting directly to the CFO with responsibility to the Chief HR Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Director of Application Support (Technology), the ideal candidate will bring strong business experience, proven leadership in cross-functional environments, and deep skills in project management and organizational change, rather than a focus on IT systems architecture.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Workday certification is required.
License:
• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Experience:
• 6+ years of project or program management experience, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale business transformation or system implementation initiatives.
• Business operations experience in Finance, HR, or enterprise administration.
• Ability to coordinate senior-level stakeholders, drive cross-departmental collaboration, and facilitate critical business decisions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate strategy into action and keep projects on track.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar), with an emphasis on project oversight, not technical configuration.
• Experience managing Workday implementations or similar ERP/HCM projects is strongly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean, Agile/Scrum are a plus.
• Understanding of organizational change management strategies and tools.
• Experience in public, nonprofit, or mission-driven sectors is a plus.
Hours:Full-Time.
Workdays:Monday - Friday.
Workhours:8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Salary:$105,548.56 - $122,186.48 annually.
