You will serve as a trusted partner co-creating new value with clients and driving both digital and business transformation together. In this role you will oversee IT projects leading progress management resource allocation and issue resolution. You will ensure seamless communication with clients guiding projects from requirements definition through to implementation. Leveraging the latest technologies you will support the team with a strong focus on quality and deadlines contributing to the success of the project.
You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and ensure stable operations particularly for clients in the financial industry including major domestic banks.
• ITベンダー、SIer、コンサルファーム、もしくは金融機関において、金融業界向けの大規模プロジェクト推進経験
• 金融業界向けのシステムインテグレーション開発やパッケージ・ソフトウエア開発、システム構築におけるPMやPLとしての経験
• システム開発において、要件定義フェーズを含む、システム開発の上流工程を担当した経験
• お客様の意思決定に関わる資料作成や、お客様との意思疎通を行うに十分なコミュニケーション能力を有していること
• Experience in driving large-scale projects for the financial industry at an IT vendor SIer consulting firm or financial institution.
• Experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Project Leader (PL) in system integration development package software development or system construction for the financial industry.
• Experience in system development particularly in overseeing upstream processes including the requirements definition phase.
• Japanese (Fluent JLPT N1)
• Experience as a Project Manager (PM) in applying project management frameworks such as those defined by PMP.
• Development experience utilizing cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud) or container technologies.
