Job ID:168 Position: Project Manger Position Overview: Serves as a single point of contact between our internal customers and Operations & Supply Chain (the Supply side). Responsible for customer orders from quote to shipment. Job Responsibilities: • Own and manage customer sales orders from contract award through final delivery and payment. • Develop and adjust project plans to align with customer expectations and internal capabilities. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality), manage project related constraints to ensure project execution. • Communicate directly with customers, industry managers, and internal teams to resolve any delivery, quality, or payment issues. • Monitor and ensure compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements. • Develops and manages appropriate project budget and schedule in accordance with time and cost estimates in order to support sales goals/objectives • Creates and communicates project schedules taking into consideration engineering capacity, manufacturing capacity, internal manufacturing readiness, and OEM supplier deliveries Core Qualifications: • A 4-year technical or business degree from a respected college • Minimum 3 years of total professional experience, with at least 2 years in project management within a manufacturing or engineered products environment. • Experience in managing projects for technical or engineered products • Medium to long-term project duration (9 months to 2 years+) • Project commercial value include those up to several million dollars • Multi-stakeholder project experience – end users, engineering firms, distributors, etc. • Customer point of contact responsibility • Successful cross-functional collaboration experience (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality); comfortable on the shop floor • Experience managing multiple projects at different phases simultaneously • Experience managing projects with international customers, destinations, engineering firms • Clear leadership capability • Strong communication skills – verbal, written, listening, questioning, presentations • Self-starter; drive and tenacity; open-mindedness; adaptability. Capability to act as a change agent • Excel and MRP fluency
