Project Manager

We specialize in contents removal, inventory, storage, and return for clients dealing with fire, water, and mold losses. We're seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to take charge of job coordination, customer satisfaction, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all packout, move-back, and contents restoration projects • Coordinate job start dates, scheduling, and crew dispatching • Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors • Ensure accurate inventory, documentation, and job files are maintained • Conduct job site walkthroughs and final inspections • Lead and mentor team members to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards • Track project progress, address obstacles, and report status to upper management Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently load and unload items from trucks or trailers - Pack and wrap items to ensure safe transportation - Drive a truck or van to transport items to their destination - Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with the moving process - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Must be able to lift 50 lbs Experience: - Previous experience as a mover or in a similar role is preferred - Familiarity with driving routes and navigating different areas - Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items - Excellent communication and customer service skills Note: This job may require occasional weekend or evening work, depending on the needs of the business.
