PROJECT MANAGER Our client is seeking an experiencedProject Managerin San Antonio, TX with a background in mission critical, emergency power, or power generation systems to oversee complex, high-value projects from start to finish. This role will work closely with sales, engineering, and production teams to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. The right candidate will be hands-on, highly organized, and confident, managing projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll be the problem solver—the one who can cut through the chaos, implement process improvements, and bring order to demanding timelines without sacrificing quality. What You’ll Do • Oversee large-scale, technically complex projects from planning through delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules, technical requirements, and production targets. • Evaluate current processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement efficiency improvements to reduce errors and delays. • Forecast resource needs and create structured timelines to achieve ambitious production goals. • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure clear, consistent communication at every stage. • Provide boots-on-the-ground leadership, resolving challenges in real time.
