Job Summary As a Project Manager at HCL Healthcare, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of healthcare technology projects aimed at transforming healthcare delivery and outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities · Prepare accurate estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of assigned projects. · Collaborate with engineering, design, UX, and product teams to define project scope, timelines, and budgets. · Manage the complete project lifecycle — initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. · Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. · Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. · Monitor and track project progress, providing regular status reports to stakeholders. · Promote a collaborative and productive team environment. Mandatory Skills · 3+ years proven experience as a Project Manager in the Healthcare domain in the USA. · Strong experience managing software development projects. · In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). · Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to prioritize, handle multiple deadlines, and manage remote teams. Preferred Skills · PMP, CSM, or other recognized project management certifications. · Familiarity with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR). · Experience with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare interoperability standards.
