Legend Biotech is seeking Project Manager, HR as part of the Human Resources team based in Raritan, NJ. 

Role Overview

Legend Biotech is seeking a Project Manager, HR based in Raritan, NJ to support HR projects in our manufacturing site.  This position will report directly into Site General Manager and dotted-line report into Site HR Lead.  This role will be responsible for management and delivery of HR projects, including Talent Development and Organization Development projects at the site. This role will work closely with site leadership team, global HR Center of Excellence team, and Regional HR Business Partner team

Key Responsibilities  

• Lead and management of HR strategic projects including talent development, employee engagement survey, change management, organizational development, and culture projects
• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project plans, dashboards, budgets, and others
• Deliver projects according to the defined objectives, on time and within budget
• Prepare and present regular project update presentation for Site Leadership and Senior Management
• Facilitate and coordinate project team meetings, including team agendas, minutes, decisions, and key conclusions and action items
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline processes and improve project/program success

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field. Master’s degree a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in project management in HR space
• Experience in Human Resources cross-functional areas including talent development, organizational development preferred
• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical preferred
• Experience building a project governance structure with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Able to quickly build strong relationships across HR and stakeholders
• Demonstrate data driven decision making, analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Excellent communications and presentation skills, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities
• PMP Certification preferred.
