Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Human Resources Operations team. The HR Operations team is the foundation to a strong One HR and our primary role is supporting our great asset - our employees. We are dedicated to being a strong partner in all areas of HR by delivering a high-level of customer service, solutions, and compliance to all aspects of our HR functions. We will continuously add value by supplying objective and innovative resources that evaluate risk, forward-thinking and promote evolution of ICF's HR Team.

You will be responsible for supporting HR in project management, financial, and administrative duties. You will work closely with HR leaders at various levels, corporate counterparts, e.g., Finance, Procurement, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing initiatives and deliverables are completed on time and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. You will have the opportunity to lead shorter term projects and assist on longer term projects, all with the intent of growing your professional experience and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing project tasks and deliverables.
  • Track expenses from various functional areas in HR and ensure they are within the allocated budget.
  • Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
  • Work with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors, Procurement, Finance, and Contracts
  • Assist with the preparation of project reports and presentations.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide administrative support to senior HR leaders related to projects you are leading or assisting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in an operational capacity
  • Prior experience in a finance or administrative role

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
  • Costpoint, Cognos and Workday experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Communicates effectively and persuasively.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$59,837.00 - $101,722.00
