Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experiencedConstruction Project Managerto oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and managing on-site teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish. • Develop project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource plans. • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards. • Manage project documentation, contracts, permits, and reports. • Identify and resolve issues or delays, and mitigate project risks. • Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, architects, and engineers to provide updates and manage expectations. • Lead project meetings and coordinate between internal departments. • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company policies. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). • 3–7 years of experience in construction project management (experience requirements may vary). • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractor relationships. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend, Primavera). • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training (preferred). • PMP, CCM, or similar certification is a plus. #CALCON Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
