Project Manager - Janitorial Services

Summary As a Program Manager, you will oversee various operational aspects, ensuring effective inventory management and team supervision within a retail environment. Responsibilities include: Manage day and night shift staff to ensure completion of services per contract Oversee and develop supply orders in conjunction with monthly budgets Develop efficiencies and overall P&L of contract Assure quality control and daily customer satisfaction Desired Qualifications- Over 5 years of direct management experience, managing a staff of 50 or more people. Managing multiple shifts is a plus. Over 2 years of experience in custodial services and managed 500,000+ square feet of administrative space a year within the past 3 years Looking for a dynamic manager and a proactive leader that wants the ability to grow with corporate opportunities. Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 per year 40 hours, Monday-Friday Additional Requirements: Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.- Functional knowledge of infection control techniques, sanitation protocols and cleaning methods required.- Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
