Project Manager - Japanese Bilingual

The company is an up-and-coming marketing agency specializing in aiding Japan-based companies and brands in their expansion into the U.S. market. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients across entertainment, tech, and Japanese IPs, managing day-to-day communications, social media strategy, campaign execution, and performance reporting. Responsibilities and Duties • Serve as the main client point of contact across multiple accounts. • Manage day-to-day social media operations: content planning, copywriting, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking. • Lead internal and external calls, project briefings, and weekly status updates. • Oversee creator/influencer campaigns from sourcing to execution. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (creative, strategy, influencer, production) to drive seamless execution. • Keep projects on track - owning timelines, deliverables, and budget. • Deliver insightful performance reports and recap decks with actionable recommendations. • Maintain deep understanding of client goals and provide strategic counsel. • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts. • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance campaign impact and client satisfaction.
