Job Title:Project Manager Location:Wooddale, IL Reports to:GM of Chicago Branch Ocean Service Division Salary Range:$100K- $120K /year Purpose: Equipment Project Manager Essential Duties: • Manage full-cycle projects transport, installation, leveling, piping., etc. • Monitor project schedule, cost, quality, and site safety. • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams in Japanese and English • Review equipment layout drawings and issue instructions • Main responsibilities include arranging local rigging crews, labor resources, and scheduling site work in coordination with subcontractors and internal teams in Japanese and English • Cover projects across the Midwest region as needed (e.g., Minneapolis, Detroit, Columbus, Chicago, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Nashville, Huntsville, etc.) • ※ Regular on-site travel is not required; physical presence will be arranged only when necessary based on project needs. • Prepare reports, lead progress meetings, and track issues Note:This job description indicates the general nature and level of the work being performed by employees in this job. Minimum Requirements, Education, and Experience: • No educational background required • 3+ years of experience in equipment installation or construction PM Skill Sets Required: • Communication skills • Experience or knowledge in equipment installation/construction • Project management (Schedule control and Cost., etc.) • PC Skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Behavioral Descriptors: • Teamwork skills and inclination • Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities • Ability to understand, and maintain multi-cultural relationships. • Detail-oriented with a sense of ownership • Skills to provide detailed support to our customer as they are Japanese company. • Hardworking and Mindful Organization Relationships: • Interacts with customer representatives, our internal staff primarily at the Manager level, direct reports and related support staff.
