Job Description

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with architects, engineers, school officials, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project. • Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, manage budgets, and ensure financial accountability. • Quality Control: Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes. • Problem-Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction, implementing solutions to keep projects on track. • Progress Tracking: Regularly assess project progress and provide updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
