Project Manager - Landscape Construction

Our goal is to work together to create unforgettable outdoor living spaces. ***This is an ON SITE LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT ROLE. Must be willing to do hands on construction work when necessary. Candidates should be forward thinking, creative, organized and self-directed. We are seeking a proven leader with prior experience in landscaping or construction, managing employees, interacting with home owners and working in a team environment – while meeting deadlines! The ideal candidate will oversee the installation of projects from start to finish. Project Manager will work with the sales team and upper management. Project Manager will act as the point of contact for onsite day to day operations. Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of the landscape construction project from planning to implementation • Allocate resources for assigned projects • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, and clients • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable change order costs • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications • Insure all necessary materials and tools are available on site for use and installation • Adhere to project timeline and relay progress reports to the team • Relay progress of the project to the office and the rest of the team • Complete occasional small projects unable to be completed by subcontractors • Oversee multiple projects at once • Willing to get hands dirty. Qualifications • Background in construction preferred - must be willing to do hands on work when necessary • Strong organizational and project management skills • Industry knowledge and ability to read and interpret site plans • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills • Clean driving record and ability to drive a truck with small hitch trailer attached (No special license needed) • Spanish speaking a plus - ability to explain construction related tasks in Spanish • Ability to work occasional weekends • Positive attitude • Ability to problem solve and address potential problems on the fly • Customer service skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance Compensation Package: • Bonus opportunities Schedule: • Monday to Friday Application Question(s): • Do you speak Spanish fluently?
