Job Description

Job Overview: This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in project management within industries like packaged goods, nutritional supplements, and cosmetics manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management • Manage the entire project lifecycle from product approval through final product delivery. • Develop and oversee detailed project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of products. • Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Purchasing, Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, etc.) to allocate resources effectively and meet project deadlines. • Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays or bottlenecks. Client Relationship Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project. • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and manage expectations. • Provide timely updates to clients on project milestones, challenges, and resolutions. • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly. Operational Coordination • Maintain alignment between client specifications and manufacturing capabilities. • Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, company policies, and quality assurance requirements. Data Management • Accurately maintain client files, project records, and proprietary information in the ERP system in a timely manner. • Ensure that all client information is up-to-date, properly documented, and securely stored. Documentation and Reporting • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including timelines, budgets, and communications. • Generate regular reports on project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and client satisfaction metrics. • Document lessons learned to improve future project workflows. Qualifications: Education and Experience: ·Bachelor's Degree desired; High school degree or equivalent required. · Experience in project management within industries like packaged goods, nutritional supplements, or cosmetics manufacturing. · Experience working in a client-facing capacity with a focus on managing multiple complex projects. Skills and Competencies: • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Proficiency in project management software such as Monday, Asana, or similar tools. • Familiarity with ERP systems and data management processes. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, packaging, and supply chain logistics. • Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes effectively. • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance. Certifications: • PMP or other project management certification preferred but not required.
