Project Manager - Marketing

Position Summary
Touchstone Living is seeking a highly organized,high-energy, and motivated team playerwith apositive attitudeto serve as a vital support to the Director of Marketing.
This pivotal role is responsible for the execution and management of all marketing initiatives, with a direct focus on both the company'sdigital presence and customer-facing elements. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with the Director's strategic directives.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about contributing to the brand's success. This is a hands-on position that requires a dynamic approach to managing both projects and people and is crucial for maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels and the physical experience of the company's neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Project Management and Execution:Takes direction from the Director of Marketing to translate strategic goals into clear project plans and timelines. This role manages the development of comprehensive project scopes, key milestones, and budgets for all marketing initiatives, spanning social media strategy, website development, paid search, directional signage, print collateral, and grand opening events.
β’ Brand and Message Consistency:Serves as the central hub of communication for all marketing projects. The Project Manager manages a streamlined workflow, ensuring that every marketing deliverable, from digital ads to on-site signage, consistently conveys the company's core brand message. The role also provides oversight for the aesthetic quality of all customer-facing materials.
β’ Workflow and Team Management:Proactively identifies and removes potential obstacles to ensure the team meets its deadlines. The Project Manager guides and manages the day-to-day work of the marketing team, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed on project status, whether they are working on a new website feature or a model home complex.
β’ Quality and Timeliness Oversight:Provides oversight for the completion of all marketing deliverables. Proactively monitors project progress and offers solutions to keep projects on track. The role also troubleshoots and manages issues with print applications and on-site materials.
β’ Resource and Vendor Coordination:Manages and negotiates contracts with all external vendors, agencies, and consultants. The Project Manager coordinates the scheduling of internal and external resources to ensure the team has what it needs to successfully execute projects.
β’ On-Site Coordination & Support:Provides hands-on support with apositive, can-do attitudefor community grand openings and key on-site marketing activities. This rolemay require working weekendsto ensure the success of these high-profile events and the readiness of the company's model home complexes.
β’ Reporting:Prepares and presents concise, regular updates on project timelines and status directly to the Director of Marketing, highlighting progress, successes, and challenges across both digital and physical campaigns.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ A minimum of 8 -10 years of proven experience in a project management or marketing coordination role, preferably within the real estate or homebuilding industry.
β’ Demonstrated proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com), with a strong understanding of how to use these tools to manage complex projects.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills combined with a positive, can-do attitude.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Strong judgment of brand aesthetic and attention to detail.
β’ A solid understanding of the different functions within a marketing department.
