Project Manager - Multifamily Projects

• Overseeing scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to end • Ability to hire, train, develop and manage a team of Project Managers by providing intentional and proactive leadership • Oversee the management of successful construction projects • Prepare and analyze bids • Preparing reports on construction progress and cost for clients • Be client-facing and maintain the client relationship • Negotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects • Travel to job site 1-2 weeks a month MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
