• Manage all aspects of multifamily renovation projects, from planning to execution. • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet milestones. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations. • Conduct regular site visits to review progress and address any challenges. • Prepare and present status reports to upper management and clients. • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle. • Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain satisfaction and secure future business.
