What You’ll Do as Project Architect / Senior Project Manager: • Lead the design and execution of architecture projects inhealthcare, civic, or educationsectors from concept through construction. • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. • Manage project budgets, schedules, deliverables, documentation, and quality assurance. • Oversee construction administration, ensuring field coordination, design intent, and technical rigor are maintained. • Mentor junior staff, guide project teams, and foster collaborative design and delivery culture. • Utilize strong Revit skills to drive BIM coordination, documentation, and project efficiency. What We’re Looking For: • 8+ years of professional architectural experience (healthcare, civic or education focus preferred). • Licensed Architect (required). • Strong proficiency in Revit (essential). • Experience managing all phases of a project — from schematic design through construction administration. • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. • Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
