Role Overview TheProject Managerwill oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. • Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and safety. • Oversee project documentation, contracts, and reporting. • Anticipate and resolve challenges to keep projects on track. • Lead and motivate project teams for successful delivery. Qualifications • 5+ years of construction project management experience (commercial/industrial preferred). • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting. • Disciplined, hardworking, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
