Project Manager - Residential Construction

We’re Harrell Design + Build.Must have experience supervising and working with trade specialists.Must Have Residential Construction Project Manager Experience We’re looking for someone with the following skills: • Technical construction knowledge necessary to manage and administer a project through all phases from design through to completion of construction. • Able to manage, at one time, multiple projects of varying size totaling $3 million per year within schedule and budget. • Has 10+years of experience in construction and is highly skilled in all aspects of remodeling, construction and administration of a project. • Demonstrates the necessary characteristics to be the leader of the project (such as being organized, proactive, professional, supportive, composed, and on time). • Capable of interacting with clients, designers, trade specialists, vendors and crew. • Demonstrates excellent communication skills: verbal, documents, email, and text. • Familiarity with construction scheduling and accounting software is a plus. • Hands on experience is preferred, California State Contractor's License preferred; practical knowledge of Building Codes a must. • Ability to read and understand plans, contracts and specifications. • Willing to learn new processes and procedures.
