Position Summary: The Project Manager will oversee residential HVAC and plumbing installation and replacement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, clear communication, and solid coordination between homeowners, field crews, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of residential HVAC and plumbing projects • Coordinate scheduling, materials, inspections, and manpower • Maintain job budgets, timelines, and scopes of work • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the project • Perform site visits to ensure code compliance, safety, and quality standards • Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues as they arise • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports • Ensure compliance with local codes and permitting processes Qualifications: • 3+ years of experiencemanagingresidential HVAC and/or plumbing projects • Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, installation practices, and Houston-area codes • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills • Experience managing multiple crews or subcontractors simultaneously • Proficiency in project management tools • Experience with ServiceTitan is a huge plus, but not required • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Texas HVAC or plumbing license is a plus • PMP certification or related education is beneficial but not required What We Offer: • Competitive salary (based on experience) • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and holidays • Growth potential in a stable and supportive company How to Apply: Please send your resume and a brief cover letter [email protected] the subject line: “Residential Project Manager – HVAC & Plumbing – Houston.” We look forward to connecting with you!
