Project Manager + Scrum

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of overall experience as Project Manager
• 7+ years of experience as SCRUM.
• 7+ years of experience exp in understanding agile software development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.)

• Knowledge of Agile used frameworks like SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework), DAD (Disciplined Agile Delivery), Kanban, LeSS (Large Scale Scrum), Spotify etc.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Familiarity with the tools supporting Agile software development (e.g. Jira, Azure, Rally, VSTS)
• Proven ability to deliver significant improvements in self-managed Agile teams through application of coaching techniques
• Experience in DevOps is an asset
• Agile methodology training, certification preferred
• Supporting the development of the Product Owner, Scrum Master and the team by coaching on agile processes
