Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact projects across acquisitions, new applications, and cross-functional initiatives. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities. The Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, provide clear communication on project status, and guide teams to achieve successful outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Keep the management team informed on project status, risks, and deliverables. • Lead project management for assigned projects, including integration activities. • Manage project plans for new application initiatives. • Work with management to assess, prioritize, and resource projects effectively. • Partner with Business Analysts, Product Managers, QA, Documentation, and Development teams to complete project work. • Ensure project milestones, deadlines, and budgets are consistently met. • Develops project plans, coordinates resources, and manages execution. • Monitors project changes and communicates updates clearly. • Consistently delivers projects on time and within budget. • Manages cross-functional project team activities effectively. • Synthesizes complex information into clear action steps. • Collects and researches data to support project decisions. • Uses intuition and experience to complement data. • Demonstrates attention to detail in planning and execution • Builds commitment and overcomes resistance to project goals. • Provides vision and inspiration to peers and stakeholders. • Adapts to changes in the work environment and deals with unexpected events. • Prioritizes and plans work activities effectively. QualificationsQualifications: To thrive in this role, candidates should embody the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. • Experience managing acquisition projects and/or new application implementations preferred. • Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). • Strong skills in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred. • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills • Good communication skills, able to translate between technical and business stakeholders Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Will you now or in the future require a work Visa? • This is an in-office position requiring presence five days a week in Phoenix, Arizona.
