Project Manager Steel Fabrication

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ: Manage all activities relating to fabricators scope of work • Working with fabricators clients, design teams and vendors • Working with assigned project detailers using PM software and construction documents • Managing project schedules, submittals and project fabrication drawings • Creating and organizing RFI’s, RFQ’s, ROC’s, COR’s using PM software • Managing schedules of values and holding budgets • Managing erecting crews with project schedules • Managing project document revisions and design changes • Managing project shipping schedules and procurement of loads • Overall PM variable duties and activities • Demonstrated knowledge of steel fabrication and erection • Ability to read both shop and contract drawings • Ability to manage multiple projects at a given time • Ability to learn management software programs Benefits: * Very competitive salary with bonuses • Advancement opportunities • 401k plan with matching • Medical plan • Paid vacations and holidays • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $1.00 per year Work Location: In person
