Project Manager – Steep Slope Roofing Location: Bellevue, WA | Full-time | W-2 Employee We are looking for an experiencedProject Managerto join Orca Roofing & Exteriors, focused onsteep slope/shingle roofing projects. This is amanagement rolewhere you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. While primarily a project manager, you must also be ready to go“bags on”and jump on the roof to solve problems when needed. What We Offer: • $70,000 base salary + commissions • Company work truck & gas card • W-2 employment • Growth opportunities in a dynamic and professional environment Key Responsibilities: • Manage steep slope roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality completion • Coordinate crews, materials, and schedules • Provide problem-solving support on-site when necessary • Maintain strong communication with homeowners, crews, and leadership • Ensure safety and compliance across all projects What We’re Looking For: • Extensive roofing experience is required(steep slope: shingles, metal, tile) • Additional construction trade knowledge (siding, windows, paint, metal work, etc.) is a plus, but not required • Proven project management experience in construction/roofing • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Must be fluent in English • Ability to handle both management tasks and hands-on work when needed Schedule & Location: • Full-time position • Travel between job sites required (company truck provided) • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. If you’re an experienced roofing professional who thrives on problem-solving and project management, we’d love to hear from you!
