Project Manager (Subcontractor HVAC/ Mechanical)

HVAC Project Manager with 5 years minimum experience in New Commercial Construction must have firsthand on knowledge of sheet metal, insulation types, equipment startup, problem solving of designs onsite. The candidate should have wide range of knowledge on major industry brands (Trane, Lennox, Aaon, LG, Mitsubishi, Carrier, JCI) and a strong understanding of Controls/Wiring schematics. The candidate should have strong trouble shooting skills, clear understanding of plans/specification, interpret shop drawings, comfortable using all electronic devices, Microsoft, drawboard, etc. Ability to exhibit a positive attitude at all times, encourage others in direction of work needed to be completed, communicate with GC, Project Mgrs., field superintendents, 40 hour work week. Supervise and oversee HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Review project plans, specifications, and schematics to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations Excellent organizational skills and strong verbal communication skills and managing change orders, RFI’s, etc. This position requires passion, dedication, proactive approach and a strong sense of accountability.
