_*COMPENSATION: $75,000 - $100,000 DOE*_ Overall Responsibility: This position will work as a Project Manager for the Low Voltage Division and will manage project responsibilities in a manner that exceeds our customers’ expectations and adheres to all company policies. This position reports to the Low Voltage Division Manager. Key Tasks and Responsibilities. β€’ Contribute to client & project team management/relationship development. β€’ Attending jobsite meetings. β€’ Develop, manage & coordinate construction schedule. β€’ Ensure all deadlines are met. β€’ BIM coordination β€’ Assistance with Budgeting & Estimating β€’ Document control for submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc. β€’ Maintain drawings and specifications. β€’ Material releases/expediting β€’ Field supervision for support as needed. β€’ Administrative duties as needed. β€’ Maintain safety related documentation as needed. β€’ Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the company or as directed by executives. β€’ Manage all required weekly paperwork for the project ensuring they are complete and submitted on time. β€’ Maintain a high level of customer and employee satisfaction. β€’ Ensure all projects are accurately tracked through Spectrum and Exact time. β€’ Maintain all project info organized on the company server. β€’ Attending project hand off with the estimating manager when approval is received. β€’ Utilize time management and organization skills to service multiple projects simultaneously. β€’ Manage weekly required paperwork for all direct report low voltage team members. β€’ Ensure all projects are completed within the project budget. β€’ Achieve revenue goals as determined by the yearly divisional budget. As required and directed, the following activities, including, but not limited to: β€’ Demonstrates continuous improvement in field process quality and cost performance. Maintains high efficiency in the utilization of company resources. Minimizes lost or non-productive time. Helps project future company resource needs. β€’ Maintains a skilled construction workforce. Reviews construction personnel annually or as assigned by Project Manager. β€’ Ensures APIC quality standards are upheld through regular quality control inspections. β€’ Ensures that all field employment actions are done properly and well documented. β€’ Leads Field Process Improvement actions. β€’ Maintains a high level of Field safety consciousness. β€’ Ensures that all field employees have adequate understanding of the work they are performing. Directs field-training sessions per process. β€’ Through training, direction, and other communication, ensures that construction operations operate efficiently and profitably. β€’ Ensures that field personnel meet schedule, cost, and technical requirements. β€’ Reviews job costs regularly and takes prompt action on problem items. β€’ Represents the company in a professional manner, maintaining good communication with other construction supervisors and owner representatives. Minimum_ Requirements:_ β€’ Significant prior electrical installation and troubleshooting expertise. β€’ Four (4) years of experience in project estimating, design build and negotiated project development. β€’ Significant prior contract and administrative expertise to include organization, coordination, and performance of duties at a responsible level. β€’ Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e., Word/Excel/Power Point. Strong vocabulary, spelling, and grammar for professionally written correspondence. β€’ Ability to exercise good judgment, tact, and diplomacy. β€’ Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills. β€’ Skill in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with employees and customers. β€’ Ability to exercise good judgment, tact, and diplomacy in all customer dealings, negotiating for win-win outcomes.
