What You Will Do

In this role you will be responsible for the successful implementation of e-Builder for our clients which will ultimately result in product adoption and raving fans of our solution.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Lead multiple implementations at a time by effectively managing the scope, schedule, financials and quality of each
• Effectively build bond and rapport with all necessary stakeholders (internal and external) and work collaboratively to ensure the necessary steps to adoption take place
• Use diplomacy to communicate positively information that may be disagreed with or undesirable
• Serve as an escalation to provide answers to problems based on software product and process knowledge
• Measure success in a metric oriented environment and ensure the continued success to internal and external customers
• Work closely with the product development team to implement custom development deliverables of the implementation, assist with testing strategies and document information specific to issue resolution
• Provide necessary monthly and weekly reporting to the executive management team

In your first year your goals will include:

• Complete 2 quarters of financial reports with high accuracy
• Successfully complete 1 implementation as the secondary BA
• Successfully manage 4 projects as a PM

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Ability to lead multiple software implementations by effectively managing the scope, schedule, financials and quality
• Experience working in a metric oriented environment and ensuring the continued success to internal and external customers
• Proficient experience with MS Office Suite, Visio, and web technologies.
• Ability to travel 50-75%
