This is a leadership role for a candidate with a proven background in overseeing commercial HVAC projects from planning to closeout. About the Role: The HVAC Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact with general contractors and subcontractors. This role involves planning, scheduling, coordinating resources, reviewing project costs, and ensuring quality control through every phase of the project. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing both the financial and operational aspects of large-scale HVAC projects. Responsibilities: • Serve as the front-line representative with general contractors and project stakeholders • Schedule, plan, and oversee material and equipment ordering • Review project costs, budgets, and reports for accuracy • Approve and process contracts, invoices, and payments • Coordinate and manage subcontractor work related to HVAC systems • Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications and codes • Oversee project closeout, including final inspections and documentation Requirements: • Proven experience as a Project Manager incommercial HVAC projects • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and mechanical codes • Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project schedules • Proficiency in reviewing and approving invoices, cost tracking, and reporting • Commitment to safety and quality standards Employment Type:Direct Hire Location:San Antonio, TX Pay Rate:Competitive, based on experience CCS Construction Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer Qualified applicants will be contacted via phone, text, or email.
